The state currently builds only about 100,000 new units a year total. More and more single family homes in California are being transformed the same way 5120 Baxter Street was. And the results were going to be super profitable because he had a whole new unit on the property.

However, eligible ALP residents must not require continual nursing care, be chronically bedfast, or be impaired to the degree that they endanger the safety of other ALP residents. The ALP program is limited to 4,200 residents, and approximately 85% are Medicaid recipients.
